In order for everyone to be able to enjoy Yenzoo, you need to follow a few rules. The following acts are prohibited by law and, thus, subject to punishment:


  • Racism, xenophobia and discrimination. Publishing racist pictures or remarks, discrimination of sexual preferences or insulting foreigners are forbidden on Yenzoo.
  • Defamation, indignities, stalking, abusing someone's name or picture, abuse of trust, etc. are prohibited by law and subject to punishment and therefore forbidden on Yenzoo as well.

    Furthermore it is strictly forbidden to publish messages or pictures with aggressive, racist, defamatory, damaging, threatening, misleading, insulting, vulgar, denigrating, indecent, violent, obscene or pornographic content.

    It is also forbidden to use the site for purely commercial, political or religious ambitions. To relate to political parties and publishing of flags will also be punished. Discussions on political or religious viewpoints are allowed, as long as they don't degenerate.
  • Publishing sexually suggestive pictures, pedophilia, prostitution or offers to escort services, public offences and implicit or explicit invitations for sexual activities:
    Uploading of pornographic, sexually suggestive or erotic pictures/texts and invitations for sexual activities are prohibited. Humorous or caricatural pictures can be an exception, as long as the humorous character is preponderant.
  • Hacking or trying to hack Yenzoo or accounts of a Yenzoo members is prohibited and punishable. In such cases, we always inform the police, even when you are a minor. By committing such offences, you risk getting a prison sentence and/or a monetary fine.
  • Disturbing the public order on the web site such as spamming, sending unsolicited commercials or collar letters, illegal reloading of pages, flooding or writing excessively long texts, etc. can be prosecuted. DON'T BEHAVE IN A WAY THAT IS INAPPROPRIATE OR HARMFUL TOWARDS OTHER USERS OF Yenzoo.
  • Violation of intellectual properties:
    Publish only content that is yours on Yenzoo. Yenzoo cannot be held liable if you do publish graphic, texts or audiovisual material, which you don't have the right to publish. Yenzoo will impose sanctions when the abuse is known.
  • Email address:
    For the security of each user Yenzoo prevents the sending of email addresses. It is forbidden to provide email addresses in any uploaded/posted graphical or textual content whatsoever.
  • This is the English version of Yenzoo. To make moderation possible, you can upload and post content in English only. If you don't want to communicate in English on Yenzoo please change your language settings here.

Except for abuses such as defamation, which can only be prosecuted after a complaint by the victim, Yenzoo can initiate actions to end forbidden practices.
